We are seeking a Med Surg RN for a travel position, responsible for delivering high-quality, patient-centered care in medical-surgical and telemetry units.
Responsibilities
- Assess patient conditions
- Monitor cardiac telemetry
- Administer medications
- Prepare patients for procedures
- Document care
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams
- Manage multiple patients
- Ensure infection control
- Advocate for patients
- Facilitate discharge planning
Requirements
- At least one year of recent Med Surg RN experience
- Valid RN license
- Current BLS certification
Preferred Qualifications
- NIHSS certification
- ACLS certification
