About the role
We are seeking a qualified Med Surg RN to provide high-quality, patient-centered care in medical-surgical and telemetry units.
Responsibilities
- Assess patient conditions and monitor cardiac telemetry
- Administer medications and collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop and implement care plans
- Explain procedures and prepare patients for diagnostics
- Maintain safety standards and ensure infection control
- Document care accurately
Requirements
- At least one year of recent Med Surg RN experience
- Valid RN license
- Current BLS certification
Skills
- Preferred: NIHSS and ACLS certifications
- Critical thinking and excellent communication
- Physical and technical abilities required for the role
