Responsibilities
- Assess patient conditions and monitor cardiac telemetry
- Administer medications and prepare patients for procedures
- Document care and collaborate with multidisciplinary teams
- Ensure infection control and advocate for patients
- Facilitate discharge planning
- Explain procedures to patients and conduct assessments
- Administer treatments and maintain safety standards
- Document patient information accurately
- Work efficiently with team members
- Adhere to regulatory guidelines
Requirements
- At least one year of Med Surg RN experience
- Valid RN license
- Current BLS certification
- Strong clinical and critical thinking skills
- Excellent communication abilities
- Physical ability to assist with patient care
- Proficiency in technical and interpersonal skills
