About the role
We are seeking a Med Surg Registered Nurse to provide high-quality, patient-centered care in medical-surgical and telemetry units.
Responsibilities
- Assess patient conditions and monitor cardiac telemetry
- Administer medications and conduct assessments
- Prepare patients for procedures
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop care plans
- Adhere to safety and infection control protocols
Requirements
- At least one year of recent Med Surg RN experience
- Valid RN license
- Current BLS certification
Qualifications (Preferred)
- NIHSS certification
- ACLS certification
Skills
- Strong clinical skills in med-surg and telemetry nursing
- Critical thinking and effective communication
- Interpersonal and technical abilities
- Physical ability to perform procedures, move equipment, and work under pressure
