Requirements

• Up-to-date resume showing at least 2 years of experience in Med Surg and documented travel experience
• Two recent Med Surg Skills Checklists that match the specialty
• Driver’s license with address matching demographics
• Active New Hampshire or Compact RN license at time of submission
• NURSYS Report with all active RN licenses (RTO must be included at submission)
• Current certifications: BLS and ACLS
• Minimum 1 year of Med Surg Acute Care experience

Responsibilities

• Traveler may be requested to float to:
  • Concord Hospital-Laconia, 80 Highland Street, Laconia, NH 03246
  • Concord Hospital-Franklin, 15 Aiken Ave, Franklin, NH 03235

Preferred Qualifications

• EMR experience (Cerner preferred but not required)
