Travel Med Surg RN - $2,270 per week

About the role

As a member of the interdisciplinary team, the traveler will contribute professional and clinical knowledge and skills in the provision and management of care to patients. The traveler may be required to float within the same discipline across various locations within the region.

Responsibilities

• Provide and manage care to patients
• Float within the same discipline across various locations within the region as needed

Schedule

• 36 hours per week
• 12-hour night shifts
• Every other weekend required
• No on-call requirements

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years of Med Surg RN experience required
• At least 1 completed travel contract preferred
• Comfortable with neuro patients and surgical patients within the medical surgical unit
• BLS certification required
• NIHSS certification required
• Valid Driver’s License
• Work history/resume required
• Skills checklist (completed within 1 year of submission date) required
• License verification required
• Copy of required certifications needed
• One supervisory reference required at the time of submission
• Must have a taxable address outside of 50 miles from the facility
• Local candidates from Madison will be accepted with a rate reduction
