About the role
The position is for a Med Surg RN to work at a hospital in Pasco, Washington.
Responsibilities
- Provide patient care in accordance with established policies and procedures.
- Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care plans.
- Document patient care activities accurately and timely.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members to ensure patient needs are met.
Requirements
- Current RN license in good standing.
- Bachelor's degree in Nursing preferred.
- At least one year of recent clinical experience in Med Surg preferred.
- Passing score on the NCLEX-RN.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficiency in electronic medical records systems.
- Strong clinical judgment and decision-making skills.
- Effective problem-solving abilities.
- Knowledge of infection control practices.
