Travel MS RN in Calhoun, Georgia: caring for a diverse medical-surgical patient population. You will manage a 1:5-6 nurse-to-patient ratio and use remote telemetry to monitor patients externally. Responsibilities

• Provide care to a diverse medical-surgical patient population.

• Utilize remote telemetry to monitor patients externally.
• Apply orthopedic nursing skills as required for the unit.

Requirements

• Active RN licensure.
• Experience in medical-surgical units.
• Proficiency with electronic medical record (EMR) systems.
• Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
• Current Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) certification.
• Current National Institutes of Health Stroke Scale (NIHSS) certification.
• Orthopedic experience is necessary.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of RN experience (Compact Accepted).
• Ability to float from SGU to Med-Surg.
• Scrub color requirement: Navy Blue.
