Requirements

• BLS (Basic Life Support)
• NIHSS (National Institutes of Health Stroke Scale)
• ACLS (Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support) – facility will accept submissions pending ACLS so long as it is obtained prior to start
• Cerner experience preferred
• Permanent address must be 50+ miles from facility
