About the role
HealthTrust Workforce Solutions is seeking a travel nurse RN Med Surg for a 13-week assignment in Roxboro, North Carolina.
Responsibilities
- Provide care to patients in a Med Surg setting
- Work 36 hours per week on a 12-hour night shift
- Treatment of patients in a variety of medical conditions
- Participation in post-anesthesia recovery rooms and same day surgery services
- Compliance with Joint Commission standards
Requirements
- Licensed RN for 98 beds, including 38 acute beds (with Intensive Care) and 60 extended care beds
- Experience in a Med Surg setting preferred
- Knowledge of operating rooms, including four fully digital ORs and P.A.R. rooms
- Experience with free parking facilities
Qualifications
- Current licensure to practice as an RN in North Carolina
- Current BLS certification
