About the role
Host Healthcare is seeking a travel nurse RN Med Surg for a 13-week assignment starting August 2, 2026, in Des Moines, Iowa.
Responsibilities
- Provide care for patients requiring surgical procedures
- Assess patient needs and develop treatment plans
- Document patient progress and communicate with other healthcare providers
- Perform routine medical procedures under supervision
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Nursing (BSN)
- Current licensure as a Registered Nurse (RN) in Iowa
- Current BLS certification
- Experience in Med Surg preferred
