About the role
Travel nursing position for a Registered Nurse (RN) in Med Surg at a facility in Carlsbad, New Mexico. Assignment starts as soon as possible, lasts 13 weeks, and requires a commitment of 36 hours per week on a 3×12-day shift.
Requirements
- Current, unrestricted state RN license
- Minimum of one year of recent acute-care experience in Med Surg
- Current BLS and/or ACLS and/or any required specialty certifications
- Two current clinical references
- Physical exam within the last 12 months
- TB skin test within the last 12 months
- Titers for MMR, Hepatitis B, and Varicella
- Respiratory fit test within the last 12 months
- Current Tdap and flu vaccinations
- Must pass pre-employment background check and urine drug screening
Pay
- Estimated total gross weekly pay: $2,052.00
- Estimated taxable gross weekly pay: $648.00
- Estimated non-taxable gross weekly pay (stipend): $1,404.00
Pay package is based on 12-hour shifts and 36 hours per week; tax-free stipend amount is subject to confirmation.
