About the role
Hospital in Maine is seeking Med Surg RNs for 14-week contract assignments. This is a travel-friendly facility looking for candidates who can start immediately.
Responsibilities
- Provide compassionate, high-quality patient care in a Med Surg / Telemetry unit.
- Adhere to hospital policies and procedures.
- Perform assigned tasks under the supervision of a Registered Nurse.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Nursing (BSN).
- Current licensure as a Registered Nurse (RN) in the state of Maine.
- Current BLS certification from an American Heart Association-approved course.
- Experience in Med Surg / Telemetry preferred.
Qualifications
- Passing scores on the NCLEX-RN exam.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Skills
- Strong clinical judgment and decision-making skills.
- Effective problem-solving abilities.
- Proficiency in electronic medical records (EMR).
