Responsibilities

• Provide patient-centered care to orthopedic and Med Surg patients in a busy hospital setting.
• Manage a patient load effectively, ensuring safety and comfort.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, including PCTs, SNEs, and physicians, to deliver comprehensive care.
• Follow hospital policies, including documentation in Meditech and dress code standards.
• Float to inpatient units, CCU, and ED as needed, maintaining flexibility and teamwork.
• Adhere to certification requirements such as BLS, and perform bedside procedures as authorized.
