Requirements

• Recent Stepdown/PCU/Progressive Care experience
• Strong telemetry and cardiac monitoring skills
• Experience managing medically complex patients
• Excellent critical thinking, communication, and teamwork skills
• Ability to work confidently in a fast-paced acute care setting
