MedPro Healthcare Staffing is seeking a travel Med‑Surg registered nurse (RN) for a 13‑week assignment in Beckley, West Virginia. The role involves caring for adult patients before and after surgery and managing patients receiving pharmaceutical treatments, requiring broad knowledge of medical conditions.

Responsibilities

• Complete assignments made by physicians.
• Provide routine treatment and post‑surgical care.
• Assess changes in patient health status and perform various treatments.
• Administer medication.
• Maintain meticulous documentation of medication and treatment administration to ensure continuity of care.

Requirements

• Active RN license.
• Degree from an accredited nursing program.
• BLS certification.
• Minimum 18 months of recent experience in an acute care Med/Surg setting.
• Additional requirements may be specified by the client facility.
