About the role

Care Team Solutions is seeking a travel nurse RN Med Surg / Telemetry for a 13-week assignment starting August 10, 2026, in Overland Park, Kansas. This position offers 36 hours per week, 12-hour shifts, and is classified as a contract.

Responsibilities

• Treatment of patients in medical-surgical units and telemetry settings.
• Assisting with patient care, including monitoring vital signs, administering medications, and providing basic health education.
• Collaborating with interdisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive patient care.
• Maintaining accurate and timely documentation of patient care activities.

Requirements

• At least 2 years of recent experience in medical-surgical nursing.
• Current licensure as a registered nurse in the state of Kansas.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
