About the role
We are seeking an experienced Registered Nurse with a specialty in Medical Surgical Telemetry to provide high-quality patient care in a fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate will have a passion for serving a diverse patient population and ensuring the utmost safety and comfort of patients during their stay.
Responsibilities
- Manage and deliver care for patients in a Medical Surgical Telemetry unit.
- Perform IV insertion and other clinical duties as required.
- Monitor patient vital signs and document care accurately.
- Collaborate with healthcare personnel to develop and implement patient-centered care plans.
- Provide education and support to patients and their families.
Requirements
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in Medical Surgical Telemetry.
- Active RN license in Tennessee.
- Current certifications in ACLS, BLS, and NIH Stroke Scale.
