Travel Med Surg RN - $1,867 per week

MedPro Healthcare Staffing is seeking a travel nurse RN Med Surg for a travel assignment in Clyde, North Carolina. As a Joint Commission‑certified staffing agency, MedPro places nursing and allied travelers in top healthcare facilities nationwide. The Med‑Surg RN will provide care for adult patients before and after surgery, manage pharmaceutical treatments, and perform a broad range of clinical duties.

Responsibilities

• Provide care for primarily adult patients before and after surgical procedures; also attend to those being treated with pharmaceuticals to manage illness.
• Must be well‑versed in a large variety of health conditions.
• Complete assignments made by physicians.
• Provide routine treatment and post‑surgical care.
• Assess changes in patient's health status and perform various treatments.
• Administer medication.
• Maintain meticulous documentation of medication and treatment administration to ensure continuity of care between nursing staff, physicians, and other treatment team members.

Requirements

• Active RN License
• Degree from an accredited nursing program
• BLS Certification
• Eighteen months of recent experience in an Acute Care Med/Surg setting
• Other requirements to be determined by the client facility
