About the role
HealthTrust Workforce Solutions CHS is seeking a travel nurse RN Med Surg for a position in Dothan, Alabama.
Responsibilities
- Provides patient care in accordance with established policies, procedures, and protocols.
- Assesses patients’ physical, psychological, and social needs.
- Administers medications and treatments as prescribed.
- Maintains accurate and timely documentation of patient care.
- Collaborates with interdisciplinary team members to ensure comprehensive patient care.
Requirements
- BLS, NIHSS, ACLS certifications required.
- Cerner experience preferred.
- Permanent address must be within 50 miles of the facility.
Qualifications
- Current license to practice as a registered nurse in the state of Alabama.
- At least one year of relevant clinical experience preferred.
Skills
- Strong communication skills.
- Effective problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Pay
The pay package is based on 12 hour shifts and 36 hours per week (subject to confirmation) with a tax-free stipend amount to be determined.
