Travel Med Surg RN - $1,827 per week

About the role

This is a 13-week travel contract position for a Registered Nurse in the Medical Surgical unit. The schedule is 36 hours per week, night shift from 19:00 to 07:00, with weekend hours required every other week or as needed.

Responsibilities

• Assess patient health and develop nursing care plans.
• Administer medication and monitor patient reactions.
• Collaborate with physicians and healthcare teams for optimal patient outcomes.
• Educate patients and families on health management and treatments.
• Maintain accurate patient records and documentation.

Requirements

• Current RN license to practice in Virginia.
• BLS certification required; HWC certification available on-site.
• Minimum of 1+ years of experience in Medical Surgical nursing, with 2+ years preferred.

Pay

Pay package is based on 12-hour shifts and 36.0 hours per week (subject to confirmation) with a tax-free stipend amount to be determined.
