Aequor Healthcare is seeking a travel nurse RN Med Surg for a travel nursing job in Florence, Alabama.

Responsibilities

• Provide patient care in accordance with established policies and procedures.
• Assess patients’ needs and develop individualized care plans.
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
• Document patient care activities accurately and timely.
• Maintain a safe and clean environment for patients and staff.

Requirements

• At least two years of proven experience as an RN.
• Current licensure to practice as an RN in the state of Alabama.
• Current BLS certification.

Qualifications

• Graduation from an accredited school of nursing.
• Knowledge of medical terminology and pharmacology.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Skills

• Proficiency in electronic health records (EHR).
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Flexibility to travel to various locations within Alabama.

Pay

The pay package is based on 12 hour shifts and 36 hours per week (subject to confirmation) with a tax-free stipend amount to be determined.

Schedule

Shifts are 12 hours long and occur 5 days a week.
