Travel Med Surg RN - $1,771 per week

About the role

We are seeking a Registered Nurse to join our Med Surg department. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing high-quality nursing care to adult and geriatric patients, participating in surgical procedures, and performing patient assessments.

Responsibilities

• Provide patient care in a Med Surg setting.
• Monitor and document vital signs and patient progress.
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
• Collaborate with healthcare team members to develop and implement patient care plans.
• Assist in surgical procedures and post-operative care.

Requirements

• Registered Nurse (RN) license.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
• NIH Stroke Certification preferred.
• Minimum of 2 years of Med Surg experience.
• Experience with Meditech EHR is preferred.

Qualifications

• Graduation from an accredited school of nursing.
• Current RN license in good standing.
• Current BLS certification.

Pay

The pay package is based on 12 hour shifts and 36.0 hours per week (subject to confirmation) with a tax-free stipend amount to be determined.

Schedule

Schedule 12-hour shift, 07:00 - 19:00, every other weekend.
