About the role
We are seeking a dedicated RN for an ICU Observation Unit in Dickson, Tennessee. The ideal candidate will provide high-quality patient care in a critical care setting, ensuring optimal outcomes for patients. This 13-week travel contract position requires excellent clinical skills, the ability to work effectively under pressure, and a commitment to the highest standards of patient care.
Responsibilities
- Administer medications and monitor patient responses.
- Conduct patient assessments and provide updates to the healthcare team.
- Implement care plans in collaboration with the multidisciplinary team.
- Educate patients and families regarding health conditions and care procedures.
- Maintain accurate and timely patient records.
Requirements
- Valid RN license in the state of Tennessee.
- Experience in critical care or intensive care nursing preferred.
- BLS and ACLS certifications required.
Schedule
- 12-hour night shifts: 7:00 PM – 7:00 AM
- 36 hours per week
