About the role

We are seeking a dedicated Registered Nurse for a Med Surg position in Clyde, North Carolina. The ideal candidate will provide compassionate patient care to adults and geriatric patients within a multi-specialty healthcare setting. Start Date: 10/11/2026. Duration: 8 weeks (also noted as a 13‑week contract position).

Responsibilities

• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
• Monitor patient conditions and provide appropriate interventions.
• Document care provided in electronic health records (EHR).
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary team members to achieve optimal patient outcomes.
• Educate patients and families on health conditions and post‑treatment care.

Requirements

• Active RN license in the state of North Carolina.
• Experience in a Med Surg setting is preferred.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
