Travel Med Surg RN - $1,748 per week
About the role
The role is for a Med/Surg Registered Nurse in a dedicated education unit. Travel nurses will focus solely on patient care for mixed Med/Surg patients in a 30-bed unit. The nurse will manage an average patient ratio of 5-6:1.
Responsibilities
- Provide direct patient care in a Med/Surg unit
- Collaborate with healthcare team members to ensure quality patient outcomes
- Document patient assessments and care plans accurately
- Monitor and report changes in patient conditions
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed
Requirements
- Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Registered Nurse
- Experience in a level 1 trauma center or a mid to large hospital is required
- Current BLS certification is required; ACLS preferred

Must maintain a positive attitude and demonstrate timely engagement in responsibilities.

Pay & Schedule
Pay package is based on 12 hour shifts and 36.0 hours per week (subject to confirmation) with tax-free stipend amount to be determined.
