Travel Med Surg RN - $1,689 per week

About the role

ARMStaffing is seeking a travel nurse RN Med Surg for a 13‑week contract in Blacksburg, Virginia. The position starts ASAP, requires 36 hours per week on 12‑hour day shifts (7:00 AM – 7:00 PM).

Responsibilities

• Administer medication and monitor patient health.
• Collaborate with healthcare professionals to deliver comprehensive patient care.
• Document patient interactions and progress accurately.
• Educate patients and their families on health management and disease prevention.

Requirements

• Active Registered Nurse (RN) license.
• Relevant nursing experience in a hospital setting.

Qualifications

• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
• Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) preferred.
