Responsibilities
- Provide high-quality nursing care in a medical-surgical setting
- Administer medications, treatments, and interventions as prescribed
- Monitor and document patient progress and responses to care
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure coordinated patient care
- Educate patients and families on post-discharge care and health maintenance
Requirements
- Active RN license in good standing
- Minimum of one year of recent Med Surg experience
- Current certifications as required by facility (e.g., BLS, ACLS)
- Ability to work 12-hour night shifts
- Willingness to travel and adapt to new clinical environments
