Travel Med Surg RN - $1,633 per week

Award-winning facility in the Salt Lake area seeks a travel RN for their Medical-Surgical unit. The position requires willingness to float to telemetry. Ideal candidate will enjoy an active lifestyle with plenty of outdoor activities nearby.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care in accordance with established policies and procedures
• Assess patients’ needs and develop individualized care plans
• Document patient care activities accurately and timely
• Participate in interdisciplinary team meetings
• Ensure compliance with all hospital policies and regulations

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Nursing (BSN)
• Current licensure as a Registered Nurse (RN) in the state of Utah
• Current BLS certification from the American Heart Association (AHA)
• Experience in Med Surg preferred

Qualifications

Pay

Exact pay package may vary based on guaranteed hours, distance being traveled, and customizations available for travelers. Pay package is based on 12 hour shifts and 36 hours per week (subject to confirmation).
