About the role
Travel Registered Nurse – Med Surg on the 5th floor in Hermitage, TN. Assignment is a 13‑week contract starting 10/12/2026, 36 hours per week (12‑hour day shifts from 7:00 AM to 7:00 PM).
Responsibilities
- Administer medications and treatments as per physician orders.
- Monitor patient conditions and report any changes to the healthcare team.
- Coordinate with other healthcare professionals to create and implement patient care plans.
- Provide education and support to patients and their families.
- Maintain accurate records and documentation in the Meditech system.
Requirements
- Current Registered Nurse license.
- Experience in a similar Med‑Surg setting preferred.
- Certifications as required by unit guidelines.

Pay
Pay package is based on 12‑hour shifts and 36 hours per week (subject to confirmation) with a tax‑free stipend amount to be determined. Contract and local rates may vary based on location and applicant residency.
