About the role
Host Healthcare is seeking a travel nurse RN Rehabilitation Med Surg for a 13-week assignment starting August 17, 2026, in Des Moines, Iowa.
Responsibilities
- Provide skilled nursing care to patients in a rehabilitation setting.
- Assist with physical, occupational, and speech therapy sessions as needed.
- Monitor patient progress and report to supervising nurses.
- Adhere to infection control protocols and maintain a clean environment.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Nursing (BSN).
- Current licensure as a Registered Nurse (RN) in Iowa.
- Current BLS certification.
- Experience in rehabilitation settings preferred.

Pay
The pay package is based on 12-hour shifts and 40 hours per week (subject to confirmation), with a tax-free stipend to be determined.
Schedule
