About the role
12-hour day shifts (7 am – 7:30 pm) in a travel nursing position. Candidates must be willing to float to any medical-surgical unit; block scheduling is not available and 36-hour guarantees are not offered for this assignment.
Responsibilities
- Provide nursing care in a Medical-Surgical and Telemetry setting
- Float to any medical-surgical unit as required
Requirements
- Minimum of 2 years of current Medical-Surgical experience
- Telemetry experience
- Willingness to float
- Completion of a Basic Dysrhythmia course (strongly required)
- BLS, NIHSS, and ACLS certifications in hand at time of profile upload (facility will not pend certifications)
- Meditech Expanse experience (highly preferred)
- Pre-closed on a 48-hour guaranteed hours contract before submission
