Travel Med Surg Registered Nurse - $2,196 per week

About the Role

Travel nursing assignment for a Registered Nurse (RN) in Med Surg at a facility in Saint Louis, Missouri. This is a 13-week contract with a night shift schedule.

Schedule

• Shift: 12 hours, nights (1900–0730)
• Weekly guaranteed hours: 36 or 48 (must be indicated on submission form)
• Weekend hours: As required by facility (every other weekend)
• Call requirements: None

Requirements

• Current RN license (must meet criteria for eligibility in Missouri or be currently licensed in Missouri)
• BLS certification (AHA only)
• 1 year of Med Surg experience (inpatient only)
• ACLS certification (AHA only, preferred)
• Ability to float to similar or lower acuity units as needed

• Number of beds: 60
• Patient ratios: 1:5/6
• Equipment: Bladder scanner, vein finder, IV pumps, wound vacs
• EMR: EPIC
• Type of patients: Medical

Skills & Experience

• Must have: 1 year of Med Surg experience (inpatient only)
• Preferred: ACLS certification
