About the role
A travel nurse RN Med Surg position is available in Winchester, Tennessee.
Responsibilities
- Provide care to patients in a Med Surg setting
- Adhere to all hospital policies and procedures
- Assist with patient care including monitoring vital signs, administering medications, and assisting with treatments
- Maintain a safe and clean environment for patients and staff
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Nursing (BSN)
- Current licensure as a Registered Nurse (RN) in the state of Tennessee
- Current BLS certification from the American Heart Association (AHA)
Qualifications
- At least one year of recent clinical experience in a Med Surg setting
- Experience with electronic medical records (EMR)
Skills
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Knowledge of infection control practices
Pay
$18.50 - $20.00 per hour based on experience and qualifications
