Travel Med Surg Registered Nurse - $1,944 per week

HealthTrust Workforce Solutions CHS is seeking a travel nurse RN Med Surg for a 13-week assignment in Durant, Oklahoma.

Responsibilities

• Provide care in accordance with medical/surgical protocols
• Assess patient needs and develop treatment plans
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation in the electronic health record (EHR)
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members to ensure comprehensive patient care

Requirements

• BLS, ACLS required
• PALS required within 6 months of start date
• 2+ years experience required
• EMR = Cerner

Qualifications

• Current licensure to practice as a registered nurse in the state of Oklahoma
• Current BLS certification
• Current ACLS certification
• Current PALS certification (within 6 months of start date)
• Minimum of 2 years of relevant clinical experience

Pay

The pay package is based on 12 hour shifts and 36 hours per week (subject to confirmation).
