Responsibilities

• Perform essential nursing duties including nursing care, health data assessment, health teaching, health counseling, therapy and treatment planning, and therapy and treatment plan monitoring
• Execute medical functions, document patient care, and make appropriate patient referrals
• Utilize resources efficiently

Requirements

• Graduation from an accredited School of Nursing (ASN required; BSN preferred)
• Current RN license in the state of practice
• BLS certification (American Heart Association)
• ACLS, NRP, or PALS certification as appropriate for the unit or service
• Previous experience as a Registered Nurse preferred
