Travel Med Surg Ortho RN - $2,072 per week

About the role

A large system in Nebraska/Iowa is looking for a Med/Surg RN. Need a Iowa or compact license. 12 hour shifts, 36 hours guaranteed. 1 year of unit experience. BLS. Contract is 13 weeks.

Responsibilities

• Provide patient care in accordance with established policies and procedures.
• Assess patients’ needs and develop individualized care plans.
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of patient care activities.
• Participate in interdisciplinary team meetings to discuss patient care.
• Ensure compliance with hospital and regulatory standards.

Requirements

• Current Registered Nurse (RN) license in Iowa or compact state.
• One year of unit-specific experience preferred.
• BLS certification required.

Qualifications

• Strong clinical skills and knowledge of medical-surgical nursing.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Passion for travel nursing and flexible scheduling.
