Travel Med Surg Oncology Telemetry RN - $2,193 per week

ARMStaffing is seeking a travel nurse RN Med Surg / Telemetry for a travel nursing job in Bridgeport, West Virginia.

Responsibilities

• Administer medications and monitor patient responses.
• Provide post-operative care and support for patients recovering from surgery.
• Care for oncology patients with complications and manage neutropenic precautions.
• Manage and interpret telemetry readings, ensuring timely response to patient needs.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to provide high-quality patient care.

Qualifications

• Active RN license required.
• BLS certification required; ONS/ONCC (Chemotherapy Biotherapy) certification is a plus.
• Experience managing Heparin drips and telemetry reading is essential.
• Preferred experience in post-operative care and oncology; first-time travelers are welcome but must have foundational nursing skills.

Schedule

• 13-week contract position.
• 12-hour shifts, 7 AM - 7 PM.
• Weekend shifts required every other weekend.
