Travel Med Surg Oncology RN - $2,085 per week
About the role
We are seeking experienced Registered Nurses to join a 36-bed Medical-Surgical/Oncology unit. The nurses will provide care for a diverse patient population including general MedSurg and post-operative patients, as well as oncology patients with complications.
Responsibilities
- Administer medications and oversee patient care on the medical-surgical and oncology unit.
- Monitor and interpret telemetry strips, ensuring prompt response to patient needs.
- Manage patient care for post-operative cases, including laparoscopy and oncology-related complications.
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, including charge nurses and respiratory therapists.
Requirements
- Current RN licensure in your state of practice.
- BLS certification is required; ONS/ONCC chemotherapy certification is a plus.
- Experience with titrating heparin drips and managing patients on telemetry.
- Prior experience in a Medical-Surgical or Oncology setting is preferred.

Pay
Pay package is based on 12 hour shifts and 36.0 hours per week (subject to confirmation) with tax-free stipend amount to be determined.
