Travel Med Surg Neuro RN - $1,887 per week

ARMStaffing is seeking a travel nurse RN Med Surg / Telemetry for a travel nursing job in Winston Salem, North Carolina. This is a 13-week contract position requiring Night shifts, specifically a 3x12 hour schedule from 18:45 to 07:15.

Responsibilities

• Deliver patient care to individuals with stroke and various neuro conditions
• Monitor and interpret telemetry and manage dysrhythmias
• Handle IV starts and administration of necessary medications
• Participate in floating to other medical-surgical areas as required, which may include COVID care units
• Ensure compliance with patient safety measures and protocols

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of nursing experience with at least 1 year of direct MedSurg experience
• Experience with telemetry and interpretation of dysrhythmias is essential
• Must be open to floating and working every other weekend
• EKG Testing must be passed prior to start

Qualifications

• Certifications: BCLS, NIH, NIHSS (ACLS preferred but not required)

Pay

Pay package is based on 12 hour shifts and 36.0 hours per week (subject to confirmation) with tax-free stipend amount to be determined.
