ARMStaffing is seeking a travel nurse RN Labor and Delivery for a travel nursing job in Lowville, New York. As a Registered Nurse in Labor and Delivery, you will be responsible for providing high-quality care to expectant mothers and their newborns. This role requires a blend of clinical expertise and compassion, ensuring safe deliveries and effective postpartum care.

• Location: Lowville, NY
• Assignment duration: 13-week contract
• Schedule: Night Shift, 6 PM to 6 AM, every other weekend
• Hours per week: 36 (12-hour shifts)
• Employment type: Travel
• Start date: 11/16/2026

Responsibilities

• Monitor and assess the health of mothers and newborns during labor and delivery.
• Provide support and education to families regarding labor, delivery, and postpartum care.
• Collaborate with the healthcare team to implement care plans.
• Administer medications and manage pain relief methods.
• Document patient care and communicate effectively with the team.
• Provide assistance on the Medical/Surgical unit as needed.

Requirements

• Current and valid RN license.
• Experience in Labor and Delivery is preferred.
• BLS certification required.
• ACLS certification preferred.

Pay

Pay package is based on 12-hour shifts and 36.0 hours per week (subject to confirmation) with tax-free stipend amount to be determined.
