About the role
Host Healthcare is seeking a travel Maternal Fetal Medicine Sonography for a 13-week assignment starting July 28, 2026, in Charlottesville, Virginia.
Responsibilities
- Perform diagnostic ultrasound examinations on pregnant patients to assess fetal health and maternal condition.
- Document findings and communicate results to referring physicians and patients.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory standards and hospital policies.
Requirements
- Current license to practice as a Maternal Fetal Medicine Sonography in Virginia.
- Experience in performing high-quality ultrasounds on pregnant patients.
- Knowledge of fetal development and obstetric conditions.
- Excellent communication skills.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Allied Health or related field.
- Completion of an accredited sonography program.
- Passing scores on relevant certification exams.
Skills
- Proficiency in using ultrasound equipment.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Pay
The pay package is based on 8-hour shifts and 40 hours per week (subject to confirmation), with a tax-free stipend amount to be determined.
Schedule
8 hours per day, Monday through Friday.
