Cross Country Allied is seeking a travel Maternal Fetal Medicine Sonographer for a 13‑week assignment in Spokane, Washington, starting 11/09/2026. This temporary‑to‑permanent position is based at a healthcare facility where the sonographer performs detailed ultrasound imaging to assess maternal and fetal conditions, primarily focusing on high‑risk pregnancies. The role involves reporting findings to maternal‑fetal medicine physicians, assisting with procedures such as amniocentesis, CVS, and PUBS, and working within a team dedicated to specialized obstetric care.

Responsibilities

• Conduct 7–9 detailed ultrasounds daily across multiple ultrasound rooms
• Perform fetal echocardiography and detailed ultrasound imaging for high‑risk maternal and fetal populations
• Report findings to maternal‑fetal medicine physicians
• Assist with amniocentesis, chorionic villus sampling (CVS), and percutaneous umbilical blood sampling (PUBS) procedures
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team focused on specialized obstetric care

Qualifications

• ARDMS certification with OB/GYN and Nuchal Translucency (NT) specialty credentials
• Minimum 2 years of experience in maternal‑fetal medicine sonography
• Demonstrated experience with fetal echocardiography and detailed ultrasound imaging
• Active license preferred
• Must reside within 50 miles of the facility

Schedule

• Day shift, 8 hours per day
• 40 hours per week
• No weekends, nights, or major holidays required

Pay

Pay package is based on 8‑hour shifts and 40.0 hours per week (subject to confirmation) with a tax‑free stipend amount to be determined.
