Position: Mammography Technologist
Facility: Newton-Wellesley Hospital, part of Mass General Brigham system
Location: Newton, Massachusetts
Job Requirements
- Required licensure and certifications: RTRM, ARRT, Massachusetts State licensure
- Must have BLS certification (AHA, Red Cross, CHSF or Military accepted)
- Primary source verification of professional license and/or certification required within 30 days of start date and updated upon expiration
- MA Conditional Licenses not accepted
Additional Details
- Schedule Information: Contract length: 13 weeks
- MGB NWH Self-Study Orientation & Attestation required for onboarding
- Documentation of MMR vaccination or immunity required
- Documentation of TB test within 3 months of start date and updated if >6 month break required
- Physician Health Statement within 365 days of start date and updated if >6 month break required
- Criminal background check within 45 days prior to start date and updated if >6 month break required
- Massachusetts CORI background check within 30 days prior to start date and updated if >6 month break required
- Resume including past 7 years of work experience required for submission
- Two references within 4 years required for submission, minimum one supervisor or above in skillset
- MGB Skills Checklist must be completed within 1 year of submission
- Confirmation of Assignment/POI Form required for all initial assignments and extensions
- Education verification required through background check company
- SSN Trace must be run with criminal check
- National Sex Offender Check run within 30 days of start and updated annually
- Exclusion checks run within 30 days of start and annually
- Name change documentation required if credentials do not match current legal name
- TB Symptom Survey required if positive PPD, updated annually
- Candidate Submission Coversheet required for submission to initial assignment and new facility
