About the role

Full Time Monday – Friday 8a – 4p (with flexibility to fill day shifts) at Morristown Hospital Rippel Breast Center.

Responsibilities

• Perform stereotactic biopsies, breast interventions, and diagnostic mammography exams.
• Meet daily productivity targets in a high-volume team environment.
• Learn new tasks quickly and apply problem-solving skills.
• Maintain attention to detail and organization.

Requirements

• NJ DEP X-ray License.
• ARRT Verification in Mammography.
• Primary Source Verification.
• Current BLS certification.
• 15 current Mammography CE’s.
• 8 hours of documented 2D and 3D training.
• Documented specific training in Stereotactic Biopsies.
• Compliance with MQSA standards for mammography exams.
• References preferred.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an NJDEP-approved radiography program.

Skills

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a high-volume team environment.
• Quick learner with strong problem-solving skills.
• Detail-oriented and well organized.

Preferred Skills & Experience

• One (1) year of experience in Mammography.
• Proficiency in Epic and Sectra PACS (can be obtained during training/introductory period).

Certifications & Licensure

• Required: BLS Certified, ARRT certification in Mammography, Licensed by New Jersey Department of Environmental Protection in Diagnostic Radiography.
• Preferred: ARRT in Radiologic Technology, ARRT in Mammography, SNOMED.
