Travel Mammography Technologist - $2,578 per week

Aequor Allied is seeking a travel Mammography Technologist for a 13-week assignment starting immediately in Anchorage, Alaska.

Responsibilities

• Perform mammography procedures according to established protocols and guidelines.
• Ensure patient comfort and safety during examinations.
• Document patient information accurately and securely.
• Adhere to infection control practices and maintain sterilization equipment.
• Communicate effectively with patients and other healthcare professionals.

Requirements

• Current state certification as a Mammography Technologist.
• Experience in mammography preferred but not required.
• Knowledge of radiation protection principles.
• Excellent interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Completion of an accredited radiologic technology program.
• Passing scores on relevant certification exams.

Skills

• Proficiency with mammography equipment.
• Attention to detail.
• Strong organizational skills.

Pay

The pay package is based on 8-hour shifts and 40 hours per week (subject to confirmation) with a tax-free stipend amount to be determined.

Schedule

8 hours per day, 5 days a week.
