About the role
LRS Healthcare - Allied is seeking a travel Mammography Technologist for a 13-week position starting ASAP at a facility in Bethel, Alaska.
Responsibilities
- Perform mammography procedures according to established protocols and guidelines
- Ensure patient comfort and safety during examinations
- Document patient information accurately and securely
- Adhere to infection control practices and sterilization procedures
- Communicate effectively with patients and other healthcare team members
Requirements
- Current state certification as a Mammography Technologist
- Experience in mammography preferred but not required
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Completion of a recognized Mammography Technology program
- Passing scores on relevant certification exams

Pay
The pay package is based on 8 hour shifts and 32 hours per week (subject to confirmation) with a tax-free stipend amount to be determined.
