Travel Mammography Technician - $3,168 per week

About the role

Access Healthcare is seeking a travel Mammography Technologist for a 12-week assignment in Jamaica Plain, Massachusetts.

Responsibilities

• Perform mammography procedures in accordance with established protocols and guidelines.
• Ensure patient comfort and safety during examinations.
• Document patient information accurately and timely.
• Adhere to infection control practices.
• Communicate effectively with patients and colleagues.

Requirements

• Current license to practice as a Mammography Technologist in Massachusetts.
• Experience in mammography preferred but not required.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Ability to work flexible hours including weekends.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Completion of a recognized Mammography Technologist program.
• Knowledge of medical terminology and anatomy.
• Basic computer skills.

Benefits

Pay package is based on 8-hour shifts and 40 hours per week (subject to confirmation) with a tax-free stipend amount to be determined.

• Wed: 8:00 – 4:30pm

• Sun: Off
