About the role
Host Healthcare is seeking a travel Mammography Technologist for a 13-week assignment starting on August 3, 2026, in Nantucket, Massachusetts.
Responsibilities
- Perform mammography procedures according to established protocols and guidelines.
- Ensure patient comfort and safety during examinations.
- Document patient information accurately and maintain records.
- Communicate effectively with patients and other healthcare professionals.
- Adhere to infection control practices and sterilization protocols.
Requirements
- Current state licensure as a Mammography Technologist.
- Experience in mammography preferred.
- Knowledge of radiation protection principles.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Radiologic Technology or related field.
- Completion of an accredited radiologic technology program.
- Passing scores on relevant certification exams.
Skills
- Proficiency with mammography equipment.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.

Pay
The pay package is based on 8-hour shifts and 40 hours per week (subject to confirmation), with a tax-free stipend amount to be determined.
Schedule
8 hours per day, Monday through Friday.
