Travel Mammography Tech - $3,893 per week

Voca Healthcare is seeking a travel Mammography Technologist for a 13-week assignment starting August 3, 2026, in Salinas, California. The position offers 40 hours per week, 8-hour shifts, and includes benefits such as holiday pay, a 401k retirement plan, medical, dental, and vision insurance.

Responsibilities

• Perform mammography procedures in accordance with established protocols and guidelines.
• Maintain accurate and detailed patient records.
• Ensure compliance with all regulatory and accreditation standards.
• Communicate effectively with patients and other healthcare providers.
• Adhere to infection control practices and safety protocols.

Requirements

• Minimum of 2 years of recent experience as a Mammography Technologist preferred.
• Valid certification and/or licensure in the state of practice, if applicable.
• Demonstrated ability to maintain professionalism and composure under pressure.
• Valid Driver’s License and the ability to travel between assignment locations.
• Pass a background check and drug screen.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years of recent experience as a Mammography Technologist preferred.
• Valid certification and/or licensure in the state of practice, if applicable.
• Demonstrated ability to maintain a high level of professionalism and composure, especially during stressful and fast-paced moments in the healthcare setting.
• Valid Driver’s License and the ability to travel between assignment locations.
• Ability to pass a background check and drug screen to meet healthcare industry standards.

Pay and Schedule
